Our community of two story brick townhomes offers 24 hour maintenance, private patios, hardwood floors, modern kitchens, abutting conservation land with walking trails and beautifully landscaped grounds.
At Hancock Village, heat, hot water and cooking gas are included in the rent. Our community offers some of the finest amenities available. Enjoy our fully equipped fitness center, resident lounge, tennis courts, and shuttle service to the closest train station. Access to the fitness center, business center (free Wi-Fi) and shuttle service are included with the one time paid membership package. You may choose a 30 day free trial and if you decide you will utilize the amenities, the membership is a onetime buy-in cost per household of $245, which lasts the remainder of your stay at Hancock Village.

Landscape and maintenance onsite: Snow removal of roadways and up to your door step. General maintenance request can be phoned in or emailed and are serviced within a 24-48 hour period. Emergency maintenance can be reached 24/7 for emergencies regarding heat, hot water, air conditioning etc.

Parking is a separate monthly charge of $30 per car for the outdoor unassigned space, $40 per car for the outdoor assigned space (in a specific lot) and $100 per month for garage parking.
