The kitchen has a brand new stainless steel refrigerator (2020) and a brand new, large stainless steel Kitchen-Aid above the stove microwave (Sept 2020). The kitchen also has brand new granite counter tops placed in April 2021. The den has a large built-in along the back wall with a wet bar. It has a beautiful parquet floor with french doors to the back yard. The house has hard wood floors throughout and the mother in law suite has berber carpet. All of the bedroom are large with large closets. The master bedroom is a large room with his and her walk in closets. It has a stand up shower that was recently remodeled with tile shower and marble countertops in April 2021. There is also a luxurious grand bathroom with a vintage kohler claw foot tub. All of which was remodeled in April 2021. It also has a large vanity with granite counter tops, tile floors and walls, and large cabinets that were all replaced in April 2021. The mother in law suite, at the other end of the house, is a large room itself with a full bath. The suite has extra thick padding under the berber carpet. The mother in law suite has its own mini split ductless AC unit with a remote that was installed in 2019. There are 2 more bedrooms with another full bath with granite counter tops. Recently added, (2020) a mud room/ laundry room with porcelain plank tile floors with utility sink, custom-made hall-tree and LED ceiling fan. This room has plenty of wall outlets also with USB ports. This house in on a cul de sac with a lot of privacy. It has a large front porch to sit and watch the people come and go in the cul-de-sac. Other remodeled things: Newer roof October 2011, Newer AC and ducts 2011, all 19 windows throughout the house replaced with storm windows in September 2019, new Rheem tankless water heater that supplies the whole house installed February 2021 and under ground water well replaced and relocated April 2021. the house is also wired with 4 cameras- watching the front and sides of the house- with a centralized monitoring system in the master bedroom.
