About this House

We are starting the search for a tenant to occupy our ADU in the El Cerrito Plaza area.

This cozy unfurnished cottage is approximately 400 ft. and contains a dedicated kitchen/living room/bathroom/bedroom. Ideal for one occupant.

We reside on the property, so we are looking not only for a good tenant but a good neighbor.

Currently in the process of making repairs/renovations including installation of brand new fridge/freezer and an induction oven. Cottage will be ready for occupancy by September 15, possibly sooner.

Rent is set at $2,100 a month and includes water/garbage/pest control service (as needed). Other utilities will be the responsibility of the tenant. Possibility of additional storage can be discussed. Some shared yard space possible. Ample street parking is available with the proper permit from the city of El Cerrito.

All applications will require prospective tenants to supply a current credit report as well as physical application. Background check will be executed at the owners expense. 12 month lease.
