All information can be put into the door slot at the front of the office. We will then let the papers/envelope sit for a full 48 hours before opening.
$20 cash application fee per person ages 18 and older.
Pets at the owners discretion, photos are required. Possible pet-fee will be required.
When you turn in your information, we have a $20 application fee per person 18 or older (cash or money order made out to Marla Parsons). When turning in your application, we will need a copy of your ID, social security card, and also one month's proof of income (ex. Paid weekly-4 paystubs, bi-weekly- two pay stubs).
