Air Force base is just a few blocks away. Carpet in the bedrooms and living room, family room. Vinyl flooring in the bathrooms and kitchen/ dining areas.
Just tiled between the kitchen cabinets. Freshly stained decks. Freshly painted inside garage.

Renter is responsible for all utilities- gas, water, garbage, electricity, etc. All account set up costs.

NO Pets are allowed. NO smoking of any kind. Anyone over 18 that will be living at the property will have to fill out an application. Tenants are responsible for the yard. There are water sprinklers and system in the yard. Lawn mowing and thistle and weed control will be the renters responsibility. The house will be keep in an orderly and clean appearance.
