628 Bomber Way is a short distance from Ellsworth Air Force base and Douglas Schools. It has a big back yard that backs up to the school yard. It has a 4 car garage, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Family Room downstairs and a Living Room upstairs so lots of hang out, play areas. Extra parking on the side for camper, boat or extra car. Back patio out the garage walk door. So you can cook and sit outside or sit in the garage. You can hear the music at the base and see the B1s fly over head. School is within walking distance. Air Force base is just a few blocks away. Carpet in the bedrooms and living room, family room. Vinyl flooring in the bathrooms and kitchen/ dining areas. Rapid City is close by for all your big needs but Box Elder has a grocery store, Ace Hardware, Pizza Hut and new places coming in all the time.

Renter is responsible for all utilities- gas, water, garbage, electricity, etc. All account set up costs.

NO Pets are allowed. NO smoking of any kind. Anyone over 18 that will be living at the property will have to fill out an application. Tenants are responsible for the yard. There are water sprinklers and system in the yard. Lawn mowing and thistle and weed control will be the renters responsibility. The house will be keep in an orderly and clean appearance. We are proud of the properties we have and we want you to be happy to live in them. 1 year lease. Security Deposit is $2,300 with first month's rent of $2,300 both due upon signing lease. Available August 15th, 2026.
