"Fantastic neighbors, beautiful older trees with amazing seasonal colors. Safe, quiet, peaceful. Close to numerous schools including UC Davis, easy access to freeways, close to shopping areas. A delightful neighborhood that people rarely leave."
  • Claire B. S.
"This neighborhood is a wonderful place to live. It is a quiet street tucked away but close to everything. I love to run my dog by riding my bike with him along the path next to Russell or over to Arroyo park, just blocks away. The bus stops close by when I don't want to ride or I can even walk to shopping and downtown. It is right in between Trader Joe's and the Westlake for groceries. It's also super quiet. I walk or run any time of day or night and feel very safe."
