About this House

Requirements - Females only. No pets. No smoking. Only one person. Credit and background check required.

My husband and I are renting out the lower level of our home. Available now. This is a fully furnished, private lower level unit in a beautiful house that backs up to Cherry Creek State Park. You get the entire lower level with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette (small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and hot plate for cooking), and living room. Laundry and main entrance are shared with the homeowners. If you are someone who likes to be outdoors - this is the place for you! This is a very safe and quiet neighborhood.

This house is right on the park. You can see Cherry Creek Trail from the back patio - it is steps away. There is biking, hiking, walking, etc all right outside your front door! Bring your bike (road or mountain) and your running shoes!

Rent is $925/month and there is a $500 security deposit. Minimum 2-month lease and month to month after that. $39 application fee to cover credit and background check.

The bedroom has a king-size Tempur-pedic bed (super comfy), large dresser with mirror and LOTS of closet space. (There is additional storage on the lower level - you will have PLENTY of room.) The bathroom is very large with a tub/shower. All towels and linens are provided if you want. Your living room has two sofas, coffee table, table and two chairs, TV and a gas fireplace. (We do not have cable but the TV has streaming capabilities. There is parking in our driveway.

Every type of business you would need is a short drive away. Plenty of trails and park space. The Cherry Creek Trail goes 20 miles in either direction from our house.

* A note on noise. It is a basement unit. It is not overly noisy downstairs, but if you are looking for a silent home or work from home, this is probably not a great fit. We can provide more insight on this if you are interested in the property.

Reach out for more information or to set up a showing.

We are looking for a minimum of a 2 month lease, but flexible after that.
