About this House

Very nice home with 2 workshops!! One workshop is attached to the garage and has builts-ins, cabinets and a workbench that stay, approximately 15' x 8'9" and has a furnace and ceiling fan. There is also a separate building that could be a workshop or private office or guest house that is 21' x 13' and has a gas furnace and window A/C. Great hobby house. You have to see all this extra space to believe it. There is also extra storage in the garage. Nice home with hardwood floors under the carpet & vinyl in office. Floors were in very good condition when they put carpet down years ago owner says. Whole house attic fan provides great ventilation. Ceiling fans in all the rooms. Very large kitchen with a beautiful, real oak cabinets & LOTS of them, an ISLAND, window seat with storage, lots of counter space, plenty of room to cook and enjoy the family, lots of natural light and a table designed to put puzzles together or do crafts on!! This pop-up table can also be used for a buffet table or extra seating. Has light above it to assist when doing crafts/puzzles, etc. Also an office room that is quite large on main floor. Separate laundry room on main floor. Washer stays with home. The workshop and extra building are a great surprise and really add to this property. Fenced yard. This home has a termite system in place since July 2007 and is transferable to the new owner. Ceiling fans in every room. Auxiliary gas furnace in kitchen that works when the electricity goes off. See attached document regarding termite contract. This house is in Maize, so in the highly coveted Maize School District. Refrigerator in basement, deep freeze, oak cabinets in office do not go with home.
