Very large kitchen with a beautiful, real oak cabinets & LOTS of them, an ISLAND, window seat with storage, lots of counter space, plenty of room to cook and enjoy the family, lots of natural light and a table designed to put puzzles together or do crafts on!! This pop-up table can also be used for a buffet table or extra seating. Has light above it to assist when doing crafts/puzzles, etc. Also an office room that is quite large on main floor. Separate laundry room on main floor. Washer stays with home. The workshop and extra building are a great surprise and really add to this property. Fenced yard. This home has a termite system in place since July 2007 and is transferable to the new owner. Ceiling fans in every room. Auxiliary gas furnace in kitchen that works when the electricity goes off. See attached document regarding termite contract. This house is in Maize, so in the highly coveted Maize School District.
