Located in the desirable Westgate community, this beautifully maintained two-story home offers nearly 2,000 square feet of comfortable living space with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a spacious bonus room that can easily serve as a fourth bedroom, home office, media room, or playroom.

From the moment you step inside, you'll appreciate the, open layout designed for both everyday living and entertaining. The main level features durable luxury vinyl plank flooring, a welcoming living room with a fireplace, a formal dining room, and a well-appointed kitchen complete with, pantry, and breakfast nook.

Upstairs, the oversized primary suite provides a relaxing retreat with a walk-in closet, dual vanities, a soaking garden tub, and separate shower. Two additional bedrooms, a full guest bath, and the versatile bonus room complete the second floor.

Outside, enjoy a fully fenced backyard designed for relaxing and entertaining with an extended patio, fire pit area, paved walkway, and storage shed. The expanded driveway offers additional parking for guests or multiple vehicles.

This home also provides exceptional peace of mind with numerous recent improvements and preventative maintenance already completed. A brand-new HVAC system will be installed at closing, providing years of comfort and efficiency for the new owner. The water heater has also been recently replaced, and all toilet wax seals have been professionally reset as preventative maintenance. In addition, the home includes a transferable OneRepublic Home Warranty, giving buyers an added layer of protection after closing.

Storage will never be an issue thanks to the abundant attic storage space, offering plenty of room for seasonal decorations, keepsakes, and extra belongings without sacrificing living space.

Beyond the home itself, Westgate offers an outstanding lifestyle with resort-style community amenities including two swimming pools, a splash pad, kiddie pool, clubhouse, fitness center, playground, shaded pavilion, soccer field, volleyball courts, fishing pond, sidewalks, and year-round community events. Whether you're looking to stay active or simply enjoy the neighborhood atmosphere, there's something for everyone.

"Easy access to interstates and highways, 25 min to Fayetteville or southern pines area. The traffic isn’t bad either, and roads are well Maintained. "
  • Jcab8921
"It’s absolutely horrible due to constant construction on useless projects that will not address traffic issues. The drivers are also horrible and have no sense of urgency. The traffic lights are extremely slow and out of touch with the amount of drivers on the road. "
  • Melissasworld1
"Downtown few blocks away. People are friendly. Lots of family things to do outside . Houses are in shortage because everyone likes it’s quaintness. There a good mix of people from all walks of life. There is quite a bit of fast food but I would say a shortage of good sit down restaurants. The closest is about 15 minutes away"
  • Nayol
"There are -plenty of dog owners They are always walking there dogs but some do not pick up,after their pets. I have on many occasions discovered dog poop in my yard."
  • Ana B.
"My neighborhood has a back road that is typically not very busy, you can get to the surrounding areas/towns with little to no traffic. "
  • Kristen.griest

"Raeford has both good and bad qualities beautiful houses but the schools are outdated in physical appearance and not fairly funded There needs to be more corporate funding to the community "

"nothing really but it is kind of a quiet neighborhood and city. not much happens here so if you are looking for a place that's quiet to settle down then raeford north carolina is it"
  • T. G
"Great area, cheap taxes. Check school you are zoned for some are not good. Good childcare availability for young children is near impossible"

  • Gcomegys109
"I have not known of any community events in my neighborhood. They have small festivals uptown, but not well advertised. "
  • Efbarf13
"Easy to walk dogs in neighborhoods. Several fields around too. No local dog parks. Access to fort Bragg trails to walk aw well. Most people in my neighborhood are responsible pet owners."
  • Brianna J.
"Educational wise, I'd say for 4th-11th grade look into A non-public school, ( Academy, Christian, private, online). Due to the limited area, growing population, half fraction amount of buses, minor lack of school classrooms & teachers, classrooms maybe a little crowded, an of course every child should have the attention they fully need and deserve. However, only some schools in the location are able to offer such great standards. IF your child goes to a school in the area currently, I recommend summer school for a few weeks, maybe a few online courses to keep their mind pumping with useable knowledge! 🌎 -A couple of the year-round schools are also pretty decent. ---With that being said, I'm not taking anything away from the great teachers that do an amazing and brilliant job with ALL of our kids out here! after all, it's our fault for the shape and struggles that these kids AND teachers go through! WE have to HELP THEM, So THEY can TEACH OUR kids!"
  • Rara G.
"Very respectful, pleasant neighbors. Everyone gets along well, speaks and waves when they see you. Always a pleasant conversation with my neighbors."
  • Kay S.
"Beautiful yards as well as open areas. I enjoy the large houses though not feeling cramped in like a typical subdivision "
