Great walking distance to all of the restaurants beach and down town. Public transit and comes with plenty of parking and a small garden space. Partially furnished and WiFi is included and paid for by the landlord. Gated secure home to provide you with the feeling of safety. No AC but has heat and plenty of windows to catch that ocean breeze. Fenced yard for your dogs and low maintenance. Yard maintenance in the front yard; will be performed by the owner on a monthly basis.
I have a "no" smoking policy. However, outside smokers are okay. So long as they are house trained and non-vicious animals; I'll permit up to two animals with no additional monthly "pet rent." However, each pet will require you to include an additional non-refundable 200 dollar deposit on top of the reasonable 2000 dollar security deposit. I require Proof of renters insurance prior to your move in. (you can obtain an insurance policy through a third party for about 100- 200 a bucks per a year). My home is only available for a 1 year+ lease and if you wish sign for longer than a year; I would agree to not increase the rent for up to a 24 month period. If renting less than a year; I may request a little more of a premium. My home; built in the early 1900's is a little more than 1220 square feet offering Three (3) beds and one (1) bath. There is an In-house washer and dryer, stove, fridge, Bosch dishwasher, & microwave is also included. WIFI will also be included. The electric , gas, trash H20, etc is the full and 100% responsibility of the tenant(s)/renter(s). Furthermore, & for your convenience; my home comes partially furnished with the major necessities. Included is: A large couch, television , table & chairs, lights, two beds with new mattresses (one king & one queen). There is plenty of storage space and parking for up to three (3) cars within the garage & enclosed driveway and with the potential for a forth (4th) parking space in the driveway; right outside of the electric gate. I have a Maximum occupancy of three tenants (one per a bedroom ) or I'd rent to a family with a couple of children. All of those individuals 18+ must be included and participants within the lease. I reserve the right to reject or accept any tenant based upon my own individual assessment. A credit score will be reviewed along with rental history and income verification will be checked.
