Built in the 1930s, with a new living room addition and remodel in the 1960s. This early ranch house was allowed to deteriorate in the 1990s but has been refurbished with attention to original detail, luxury, and modern convenience. The most significant improvement is the creation of a courtyard, accessed by french doors from the living room. The courtyard is also visually connected by large, operable windows to the recently installed kitchen. The Powder Room was installed at the same time, in 2010. Oak floors throughout, with cork tile in Kitchen, Wall to wall carpet in Living Room (which could easily be changed to oak), and old, white ceramic, penny-tile in the full bath room.     "Gets busy but not horrible. Buses run pretty well. Some express buses. Fair amount of stops. Connects with Eugene easily. The rush hour is usually 30 minutes unless there is an accident or other delay. But, if possible, I would take the bus. The roads are getting busier as time goes on."

    "There’s a walking/bike path that goes a few miles. Starting near shopping and bus lines it goes around parks and school, even a tennis court. Lots of grass along the way for your dog to relieve himself. Most people are decent enough to clean it up. The path ends up over near a river and a new path that runs another direction along nature area with wildlife for your dog to bark at. "
