Pets are allowed with a non-refundable pet deposit and tenant is responsible for any damages caused by their animals.

Discount for military and discount if rent is paid up front for term of the lease . Willing to do 6 month lease but rent will be higher.

Tenant is responsible for all utilities including power, water, gas and whatever else they might need at the property

It's truly a drug infested violent area. No place to raise a family...on the north side that is. South Crestview isn't too bad, with the city expanding and new homes being built next to nicer newer homes and apartment complexes. Be wise. "
