"There are a few hiking spots close by, there is a nice running trail that runs alongside the canal and Camelback Rd. Southwest Human Development makes its home here supporting early childhood for much of Maricopa County. There’s no shortage of businesses around here. This area borders the more well to do Arcadia and Biltmore neighborhoods as well as the more decidedly homeless and drugee scene that runs South of Thomas Rd. It’s a typical Phoenix neighborhood otherwise."

"The townhomes I live in have a dog run/park at the end of the street. Also, they have pet waste bag and bin stations throughout the complex for their convenience. "
