"I live in the area and love SaddleBrooke Retirement Resort and all the amenities it offers such as golf, tennis, swimming, restaurants, rec center, sewing club, baseball field, etc."

"Very safe, golf course retirement community. Isolated from Tucson and Oro Valley, which is plus or minus depending on you. Quiet with little traffic, off of AZ 77, no through traffic. Shopping is a trip and medical appointments can be a long drive. Views are excellent and weather is very good."

"Hundreds of activities, several restaurants, multiple golf courses, on-site police and fire department, doctors, and lots more all in a community of like minded people who enjoy being social and living an active lifestyle. Community is nestled in the picturesque Catalina mountains, where the elevation results in cooler temperatures than the nearby city of Tucson."

"I've lived in the same neighborhood as this listing for 7 years and it is the quietest & safest community I've ever been in. Shopping, farmers market, police & even the fire dept are within a couple miles so am amazed to see comments to the contrary. Eagle Crest is a beautiful place to live w/caring neighbors."

"Not sure why some are commenting about Eagle Crest water here. It is totally separate from Saddlebrooke. Saddlebrooke has its own water system. Golf courses, clubhouses, pools and great location. Best decision we made was to move here."

"We have no redress on the cost of water. It could go up endlessly from the very low rates 5 years ago. Other than that, we like the area and living."
