    "I love this area because it is the exact opposite of far north Dallas. This neighborhood is full of towering trees and unique homes. If you like cookie-cutter homes and ridiculous HOAs then you won't like it here. White Rock Lake, a huge swimming pool and all sorts of parks for picnicking, baseball, tennis, etc. are all within walking distance. The best thing is that you never have to get on a highway to go into downtown or to Love Field. While being close to Love Field, this area isn't in the flight path like the neighborhoods south and west of the airport, so you never have to deal with airplane noise. From this house a walk of 6 - 10 blocks in each direction will put you at: Bars/Restaurants/Nightlife of lower Greenville; White Rock Lake and the dog park; Tietze Park with swimming, tennis, baseball, soccer, basketball, etc.; Shopping at any of the stores in the newest shopping area t NW Hwy and Greenville."
