    "Families & professionals are moving into this neighborhood because of it's unsurpassed walkability- to work, to restaurants, to the Lyric theater, the library, and to campus. The Wong park is the perfect place for kids or dogs to play. Harding Avenue Elementary is an excellent school, small size, with lots of parental involvement. Student overoccupancy is a problem, particularly on the busiest streets, but the neighbors are organized, they enjoy the diversity of this neighborhood and recognize when renters are an asset to their block."
