"Direct freeway access is tedious. Access to the beltway is much more smoother. my usual drive to work should average 20 minutes instead of 30 minutes."

"Must have transportation. Near 288 & the Beltway. Neighborhood store is overpriced and major chain grocery stores are 5-7 miles away. No pedestrian sidewalks on the main access street. Overall, I like it here."
