8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI graduated from swan valeey years ago. But now i want my Grndchildren to go there because its a terrific school. But we live in Thomas Township but Hemlock schools. makes no sense because we live off of SWANVALLEY dr. east of thomas, closer to SWAN VALLEY but yet HEMLOCK schools. We should have a choice and SWAN VALLEY buses should come here to SWANVALLEY drive and pick up kids. I think it SHOULD be SWAN VALLEY district cause im closer to SWANVALLEY and live off of SWAN VALLEY dr.Other Review11y ago - Robert B. Havens Elementary School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI'm a student here. I honestly hate this school... The teachers can be nice, if you're lucky enough to get one of the few good ones. However, the teachers here really don't actually teach... Or not very well, at least. I come to school to get an education, and that's what I expect to receive, but Swan Valley simply cannot offer me that.Other Review10y ago - Check out schools near 6220 Trinklein Rd.

"My neighborhood is only blocks from downtown. The theater district, arena, and outdoor event parks are a scant eight blocks away. Along with the farmers market and restaurants these venues are a quick walk from the neighborhood. The Belle Iron Trail meanders along the river and borders the neighborhood. Ojibway Island , zoo and Hoyt Park anchor the southern end of the Cathedral District. "
