About this House

Appliances are included in this home which is located in the quiet part of town on South "C" comes with Fridge and washer and Dryer. South of Ocean street, south of the train tracks, I will provide update when I plan on showing . For those interested in seeing this home please send an email and I will provide address location the day prior to the showings. AT this time I am only showing the property this Saturday from 1-3 pm I do not do individual showings. Unless you have seen the home personally I do not review applications until then.

I have seen quail, turkey vultures, skunks, raccoons, a racer snake, gopher snakes, and rattlesnakes, red-tailed hawks, a bobcat, coyotes, and a mountain lion... all within 50-100 yards of my house... So enjoy beautiful sunrises, sunsets, star-gazing, hiking, and horseback riding... but always be aware of your surroundings and keep your cat indoors, your dog on leash, and your kids wildlife-respectful and wildlife-wise! We co-exist in wildlife habitat!!!"
