D. Employment. A minimum of one year of continuous employment.

Our application fee is $100.00 per person 18 yrs and older. Zillow applications are not accepted.

Due to the fact that people have not been showing up to scheduled appointments, we will be calling you an hour prior to your appointment. Please respond to the voice mail that is left if you cannot answer. If you do not answer, the leasing agent will cancel your appointment.

Resident is responsible for paying all utilities and maintaining the landscape is great condition. We allow pets weight limit of 40lbs fully grown and breed restriction. One year lease for the first year, then it is month to month.
