About this House

We have a deleaded 2 bed, one bath downstairs apartment in our 2 family home in Lynn on Eastern Ave. We live in the upper unit. There is a lot of beautiful natural light with original hardwood flooring throughout. It's a very welcoming space! The house is located very close to the Salem line, about 5 minutes from the Swampscott commuter rail station, and right by a bus stop that goes to Wonderland. One parking spot in the driveway is included and there is always plenty of street parking. Laundry is also included. We're asking $2200 a month starting in July.

One- year lease required. Owner pays for water. Renter is responsible for gas and electric. Security deposit due at signing. No smoking or vaping in the house. One parking spot is provided in the driveway, but there is plenty of street parking.

    "Dog owners would have to be careful of being attacked by other dogs, being mugged, and, stalked. Dec 2023 a man’s nose and ear were bitten off by 2 loose dogs next to the park in the area where all the kids go play in the summer. I have personally been stalked while walking my dog, had a weapon pointed at me for just walking the dog around the block, and had an aggressive dog jump the fence 2x to get to my dog. Now we drive to safer towns to go on walks because of how dangerous it has been just to walk around the block with our dog. "
