Newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath, around 1600 sqft of living space in the family friendly Imperial Point neighborhood. We're ready to welcome snowbirds, temporary contract workers, travel nurses and those who seek to live and bask in the Florida sunshine. We're about 2 miles to the nearest beach, conveniently located near many restaurants, bars, groceries stores and gas stations. The property has three bedrooms, two queen beds and two full size beds allowing ample space for a family of 5-6 people. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and the whole house is cooled by an central a/c unit.

As a bonus, our Florida room is equipped many toys suitable for 2-5 year olds, a play structure, 2 inch thick foam mat about 10x20 sqft, ball pit and bikes. We also have a electric scooter that be used to as well. The house has two bikes, one adult bike and one child size bike (5-9 years old).

Tenant pays for all utilities which include, water, sewer, garbage and internet. Owner will cover lawn care maintenance. Move-in cost are first, last month's rent and deposit. Not interested in corporate leases or sub lease contracts.
