The room is painted with a pretty combination of dusty rose and a light blue with white doors and trim. The door locks and is tamper protected for added safety. The house is furnished with tables, sectional, recliner, kitchen has dishes, cooking pans and utensils. Wi-Fi is included. There are 2 large patios. One with a large fire table and the other with a large propane grill. Laundry machines are halfway up the stair and are free for Renters to use. This room is near a bathroom.

The late charge is $30 after the 5th of the month.
Return check fee $35.
No subletting.
No smoking, vaping.
No illegal activities.
Renter's insurance required.
