My daughter has only spent a few months here. Now we are moving to California but We have liked what we see. But have seen and heard stories of bullying in the past. They have a new principal and security system which both are amazing!! I wish the ratings were higher it seems they deserve to be a little higher.

This school has been under scrutiny for awhile and needs this to help it get back in good standings. The teachers need to have "further" training on how to teach and "handle" the teens of Lockport that seem to think the school is a playground for them to "do as they please" and this needs to cease! They need to hire security so this school can prosper in education and higher graduates.

The school can be good at first, and as growing up in the town of lockport you are required to go here.At first the school will seem different and relaxed- But this school chooses favorites on only students who don't need help.If you have a learning disability? 'Suck it up'504 plan? 'You don't need that. Just try harder' The amount of times I've heard teachers say that is outright outrageous, The school can also have it's ups like the food, any food you can think of they have it- even accommodation foods. And the after school activities can be wide open for anybody.The school also does have it's planning problems such as switching dates last minute or removing students online passes even if they weren't used because they 'assumed' they used it today.The 8th grade DC trip is extremely overpriced for what you get to do and is extremely disappointing, but you can have your fun.Some staff you can get lucky with and get good teachers, but some flat out don't care whether you try or not because you will get passed on even with all 0's, but some with try to help you succeed on your academic basis and I guess that's what matters.
