This home is located in a desirable location. It's approximately 2 miles to Sunset Beach and about a mile to the town park on the Intracoastal Waterway.. There's a popular walking path at the park with benches and swings. There are a lot of events in the summer at the town park -- markets and live music -- free to attend. It's not that far to North Myrtle Beach, Myrtle Beach or Shallotte. Calabash seafood restaurants are about 6 miles away. There are 3 long streets -- Live Oak, Dogwood, and Magnolia -- in this neighborhood. This area is growing very fast, but our neighborhood is still laid back and it's a great place to walk, run, walk your dog, bike or ride a golf cart. There are golf courses nearby and this well-maintained home puts you close to the water, boating and the beach.

This furnished home is approximately 1,064 square feet. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. One bedroom is 13X15.5 and the 2nd bedroom is 11X13.5. There is also an additional area if you would like to add a desk (not included) for office space. The thing that most people like best about this home is the screened-in porch which is 12X24. There's also an 8X14 deck on the side and an 8X10 storage building. If you are interested, this is a nice, neat and clean home in a popular neighborhood in Sunset Beach, North Carolina. Go coastal!

Renter is responsible for water and electric which are not included in the rent. Lease is for minimum one year. Pets are allowed. Renters insurance is required. Deposit of $1450 plus first month's rent of $1450 (Total $2900) is required before lease is signed. Home is furnished. Washer and dryer are in place and guaranteed for one month. After one month renter is responsible for repairs or replacement. Rent is due in advance on the 1st day of the month with a late fee after the 5th of the month. Smoking outside only.     "There is no public transportation. You need to drive everywhere! Walking to grocery stores, restaurants, post office, etc. is not an option for most. There are very few sidewalks. Most people who live here have at least one car, if not two. Some have golf carts that are street legal. Bicycling and mopeds are another option, but for daytime transportation use only. "

HOA board members will knock on your front door and if you do not answer it immediately they will go to the rear of your home and walk right inside through a back door if it is unlocked.
