About this House

3 bedroom 1 bathroom single family residence located in Bartow close to downtown shopping area. Large fenced back yard. Dogs are allowed, however insurance will not allow what they consider vicious dogs: pit bulls, rottweillers, boxers, and german shephards. Large separate laundry room located in a secured room attached to the carport. House will be available approximately August 1, 2025. Shed in the backyard can be used for storage. Tenant is responsible for obtaining electric and water through the city of Bartow.

$1,700.00 monthly rent and $2,000 refundable damage deposit after one (1) year lease. Total cost to move in is $3,700.00 if your application is approved.

The application must be completed through Zillow for consideration.

House is currently being remodeled, however, if you would like to look at it, the blinds are open to see the inside.

This is a one year lease and a renewal will be done annually if tenant would like to stay longer.
