The teachers care and are dedicated, the administration strives to meet the individual students needs, and everyone works to support students where they are, even when students bring sometimes challenging experiences to school. The whole child is cared for here.Parent Review5y ago - Hoquiam High School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter has been attending this school for 2yrs. She will be a senior this year and she is begging me to let her stay home and do school. Communication, support, attitude and attention is what this school lacks. My senior year was my favorite and BEST year of high school . It makes me sad to hear this come from her.Parent Review1y ago - Hoquiam Middle School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI will not go into identifying details at this time, but the environment is so toxic here that I am removing my student mid-year. Home schooling or an online program would be better than staying ~ fortunately Aberdeen is close enough for us to commute to. Be fore warned: it's very much an "us vs them" attitude and not a partnership between teachers/staff and the students/their families.Parent Review6y ago - Lincoln Elementary School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI had 2 kids in this school, a second grader and a preschooler. The teachers were awesome, the staff was great, and we even loved the bus driver! I have never had such caring teachers, who went above and beyond with my kids. We were so sad to leave this school.Other Review8y ago - Emerson Elementary School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter has been here for 2 years and she loves it as much as me. The staff is wonderful, kind, caring, and passionate for the education of our young children. The school is involved actively in their students lives as well as the teachers. I could care less what any metric review nonsense says, this is a wonderful school that caters to all forms of learning and loves their kids!Parent Review6y ago - Hoquiam Homelink School

"The 101 goes through the city so living on it can be tricky as it’s busy even though the speed limit is 30. The neighborhoods off of it are lovely and many beautiful homes in the area. Sketchy characters around but a great police department always ready to help."
