The interior has a nice flow from the kitchen out to the eating area and into the family room. The kitchen, family room and eating area have high ceilings and 2 sky-lights provide some natural interior lighting.
Loft style: One bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, from where you can view the most of the space downstairs. 2 off street parking spaces. One bedroom and bathroom are downstairs in the back of the unit when looking at it from the front. You can get a great idea of the lay-out from the 3-D tour.
Great location: Walking distance to Krispy Kreme , short drive to I-64, Langley AFB, Peninsula Town Center, Virginia War Museum, Riverside, Sentara Careplex, Hampton Coliseum, Thomas Nelson, NASA, Bethel High School, Hampton University, Newport News Shipbuilding, and Coliseum Central.

Pets (dog and/or cat) are permitted but no exotic pets are permitted. Dogs must be a breed that is not typically considered to be a dangerous breed. Im pet friendly and flexible in that area.
