Single family home in an established neighborhood in the Madison School District. Large backyard, Arizona room with fireplace. New stovetop and oven, one of the three bathrooms is original.

Owner pays for flood irrigation of backyard and yard maintenance every other week. Renter pays for water, electricity, gas, internet. Last month's rent deposit can be spread out over 6 months. When there is a refrigerator in the house (currently there are two) renter is welcome to use them. Price quoted is for a one-year lease. For a two-year lease, rent drops to $3,125/month, for a three-year lease, rent drops to $3000/month. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE. Maximum of two dogs or two dogs and a cat. Any damage caused by pets must be paid for by tenant. Pet deposit of $500 total is required. This is refundable when there is no damage. Non-refundable cleaning fee of $500 required.

Also the surrounding streets seem to be always under construction but never fixed .expect constant car wrecks on 19thave. I would leave earlier i taking northern or Glendale east/west in the morning its a busy street for commuting."

    "The neighborhood is central to most venues, restaurants, shops and recreational locations. Just a short 5-10 minute drive will get me anywhere I want to go. Traffic isn’t terrible on a weekday. Using the 1-17 can cause some delay due to the traffic during rush hour."
