"They maintain the roads and sidewalks gold but the people around are very inconsiderate of their neighbors. Just yesterday it was a nice day outside and a group of older kids was sitting on my porch smoking weed and left their donut box on my porch and wrote with my sons chalk that we left out there. I believe it was the same kids who, last year almost burst my door in playing ding dong ditch. And they did it to my neighbors too. 3/10 would not recommend. It sticks too , bc the places are nice but it’s the inconsideration that really tanks this area. "
  • Harold Watt
"There are many families, great parks, great public pool. The area is well maintained, friendly people. "
  • Simplynolahs
"Great neighborhood but terrible schools. There are No activities for the kids in the community there’s only activities for the seniors residents. "
  • Dmb9431
"It is okay. I am just 25 minutes to and from Chicago and nearby suburbs. There is public transportation available. One can walk to the Metra train or Pace bus stop. "
  • Davante donaldson
"It’s a lot of nice trails you can walk your dog as long as you keep them on a leash and try to keep a bag on deck for dog poop"
  • Lashawn Greer
"Nothing, it’s a dog friendly environment. And I can’t see any issues with dog owners and their dogs. I am not a dog owner but I do like the neighborhood "
  • Danni K.
"Everyone I’ve come across in the 10 years I’ve been here has been friendly and helpful. The parks and trails are beautiful. "
  • Lashawn Greer
"Park Forest is a great place to live. They fixed the streets and curbs throughout and it’s seems to be a nice school district as well!"
  • Corey L.
"Dog owners would like that the sidewalks are always clean. The neighborhoods are friendly and animals enjoy walks with their owners. "

"Very steady commute, I would personally say, no long lights half the time no traffic. Hopefully you take a trip and visit."
  • Shynel M.
"They’re getting rid of the high school in the area taxes are high there’s minimal things for young kids and young adults, no restaurants and price of living is extremely high "
  • Courtney H.
"Park Forest is a great community except the water system sucks and the crime rate is rising. Tremendous school system and the community is very supportive."
  • Aniyah
"There’s no events that make my neighborhood special just that we have a boring neighborhood and that’s that"
