This is a Short Term Vacation Rental, three month max at a time.
Our beautiful 1939 Historical family safe home is a 1/2 mile from the famous historical downtown court house. Come experience the charm, local lakes, hiking, walking trails, and restaurants that this city has to offer!
Home is 833sq. We require a maid service every 3 weeks, Included in rent fees.
Features two bedrooms both with en suite full bathrooms. One sink, toilet and shower tub combo in each bathroom.
Primary room has a king bed with cotton linens and a Roku tv.
Guest room has a queen bed and cotton linens, and NO tv. Both bathrooms in the home are located in the bedrooms. and closets have carpet. The living space is wood flooring and tile in the en suite bathrooms.
The living room is brite and cheery and has a sleeper sofa and two swivel recliners. A beautiful working desk with supplies in the common area can accommodate a comfortable work from home environment.
The beautiful kitchen overlooks the park, has 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter, 4 tv trays and a table with 4 chairs outside under the gazebo with cafe lights, for your dining enjoyment.
There are security locking screen doors on the front and back doors to let all the fresh mountain air in.
The front porch has two chairs to relax on and enjoy your favorite cocktail , coffee and watching the parades go by.
The relaxing backyard has no fencing on the street side, and two tandem parking spots with evening lighting. There is plenty of free street parking for you and your guest. This is a beautiful fun family gathering atmosphere with mature trees, children love the play space!
We supply a starter amount of paper supplies: paper towels, toilet paper, kleenex , napkins, and laundry soap pods (All brand free and clear) and liquid bleach.
Unique amenities that set us apart:
We maintain a low toxic environment, avoiding scented, and harsh cleaning chemicals while ensuring a pristine clean space.
Enjoy a selection of adult and childrens books, or relive cherished memories with a collection of nostalgic board games. We have a library of dvd/blu ray movie collection for family time!
We do not allow any pets of any kind or smoking or any kind on or in the property.
Fun Facts:
Historical homes can have areas of uneven floors and are very normal as this home has a few areas.
Historic areas and streets, which this house is situated on a slope. Some sidewalks off property have uneven pavement. This area is surrounded by homes dating back to the 1800's. The history is rich in this area.
Certain times of the year in Prescott we have cicada's that can be noisy. Trash days are Thursday mornings.
The beautiful Ken Lindley park is located on the same street and open to the public. The gates close in the evening.

Owner pays trash and internet fees.
Monthly required cleaning by owners cleaning company paid by renter $100.
No animals of any kind for any reason due to owners medical condition.
Non refundable move out cleaning fee $200
