"Dogs are loved here, and there is a great park up the main exit towards the end of the golf courses that is called Green Spring Park with large grass and pickleball etc, but it is shaped like a bowl with rock sides so it works to contain dogs so they can run and it’s like a dog park in addition to the actual dog park in Washington…we love dogs!"
  • Kelli Dickerson
"There are dog parks and the river is a short walk from this neighborhood. There are many kids in the neighborhood "
  • Kelli Dickerson
"We have many church activities that all neighbors are invited to and welcome. Whether they belong to the congregation or not. Most activities come with a meal😊"
  • Joseph Quezada
"About 50% of dog owners only pick up after their dogs. There should be more bags and trashes in the apartments but they don’t really seem to care. Or maybe if there were more people able to report others it would be better"
  • Smy2rc4ck4
"I love it here, beautiful neighborhood and weather. Safe and easy to navigate through for a bigger city! "
  • Joseph Quezada
"Easy if it’s super early or super late, main streets and high ways are horrible 8am and 3-5pm. The freeway construction makes things difficult."
  • S.J.
"Travel by car, close to freeway and close to a college, easy to get to restaurants and fast food places, roads are maintained."
  • Garyg1000
"It is so hot during the summer but other than that it’s really nice down here. It’s very quiet here."
  • Melissa H.
"It’s not terrible, especially considered to bigger cities. Washington in particular has easy access to the freeway. "
  • Melissa H.
"Small town feel. Some sketchy areas and rising crime. Shopping and food is very accessible but you won’t find it within walking distance. Nice parks, library, community center. "
  • Melissa H.
"No public transit here. There is no bus that runs to the Washington Elementary School. Though most likely the majority of the residents don’t actually work in Washington. "
  • Brian K.
"Great neighbors with kids. Neighbors are willing to help and look out for each other. Great neighborhood to raise a family."
  • Steven
"I’ve lived here for about two years in Washington fields. The community is absolutely incredible and really friendly."
  • Thekaraokediva1
"very easy access to the interstate 15, close to shopping, doctors, hiking, mountains, lakes, neighboring towns whatever you're looking for within minutes"
  • Eric M.
"Neighborhood block parties for out of school, Easter egg hunt etc. Community pool and park for the kiddos."
  • Patrick C.
"I am very dependent upon the automobile to get from place to place. Automobile traffic can be heavy. I do ride a bicycle, but mostly for recreation and exercise. I am not aware of any public transportation options."
  • Collip1997
"This my second home. Many families use the homes in this community as second homes. It is a well maintained community with great amenities, low crime and quiet."
  • Firewithheart99
"Do not allow kids outside after 9:30 at night. There a lot of strange individuals around past that time."
  • Collip1997
"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for four years. I enjoy the relaxing here because it is a quiet and safe neighborhood."
  • allycat51
"Sidewalks all over the neighborhood and pretty flat terrain. Neighbors like to pet dogs. Lots of natural areas to use. "
  • Jcmissoes

"Very great place to live. There are good sized homes, the people are all very nice, its pet friendly and its very good for kids! There are a lot of kids in this neigborhood, and perfect for a family! Its very safe, there has been no crime from what i know. Its clean and very nice. The schools by are really good! My kids learn good, and they love the schools. There isn't bad traffic at all, and there is always plenty of parking. I think this is an awesome place to live and I highly suggest that you consider moving in this area."
  • bradchand
