"Dog park is nearby but lots of dog poop does not get cleaned up there or around the neighborhood."
  • Arielle Faulkner
"Lots of schools near but I’m not a parent so I couldn’t say how the great the schools are."
  • Lisa James
"My neighborhood has the light rail and other public transits nearby"
  • Farah J.
"I have lived in this neighborhood for almost 8 years . It is surrounded by mountain views and seems isolated ."
  • 2nyhh6ngks
"As a resident here, you should know that if you move here the management is rude and incompetent, your apartment will come with a horrible roach infestation, and your vehicle is at risk of being damaged by other residents."
  • Ceirasinluv
"People always walking their dogs, lots of grassy areas, people’s dogs are well trained and super friendly with other dogs"
  • Trulia User
"safe and fairly friendly Neighborhood that has the elementary school right outside the back gate your kids can easily walk or ride a bike too. This is a huge, often overlooked, convenience I should be heavily under consideration"
  • Geminiinimeg2
"There’s plenty of good parks. There’s plenty of good dog parts too as well. There is still some homeless people that stay around getting off the bus. The HOA is very high over here. They’re always doing construction on the streets that seem like they have nothing wrong with them instead of fixing the streets that do need something fixed traffic is pretty busy over here. Some neighbors mind their business some don’t frequent car accidents, almost quiet area, though love and favor that it’s quiet lots of dogs over here, but people are not as friendly with letting their dogs meet other dogs plenty of food places, but you’ll get tired at the same ones over and over great access to all freeways."
  • Joan
"I lived in this house for 4 years and it was a dream. Loved everything about it. It’s a safe neighborhood with great people. The walls are so thick so it’s very quiet. I worried when I moved in that there would be homeless or people walking down the streets (I can from LA) and it never happened. I would sit on the front porch for hours with my dog and it was just the best. Whoever gets this home (and closet!!) will love it. "
  • Iamme4eternity
