Looking for a quiet, respectful tenant with excellent credit. The address is 618 Arenas St. Please do not disturb tenants in the front house or current tenant in this rear unit. If interested, please EMAIL any questions you may have, who the rental is for and what you are looking for in a rental. This is a year lease and NO PETS ARE ALLOWED and no smoking. Shops, cafes, restaurants, movie theatre, grocery store are all in walking distance. Easy access to the freeway if needed, but you don’t really need a car because the public transportation is easily accessible. "
