Home is available for a September or October move in date. Deposit is $1950 as well. First month's rent and deposit ($3900) must be received in order to sign the lease.

Application fee is $29 per adult and can be completed online through Zillow.

Tenant is responsible for cutting grass, raking leaves, snow removal and all utilities as well. The rent is processed through a monthly ACH (to your bank account.) This saves time in you having to mail a check, etc. Open to a month to month lease but prefer minimum of one year lease. Newer siding, updates throughout the home. Two bedrooms on main level with a full bathroom, lower level is finished, fenced back yard, two bedrooms and 3/4 bath. Washer and dryer included in basement, wonderful deck off back of home, 2 car attached garage. I have owned this home since 2004 and have no plans whatsoever to sell. If you are looking for a property with the ability to rent it very long term, this is a great family home and outstanding location. I am looking for a tenant who will be a very good neighbor and take care of the exterior of the home in a very nice way (cut crass, pull weeds, etc.)

The lower level carpet will be replaced prior to September 1st.

We are doing a showing/open house this coming Saturday at 12-1 PM, July 10th.

Right now this is the only time available for a showing.

    "It’s a nice, quiet neighborhood and you can walk your dog without worrying about a lot of traffic. Neighbors are always out in their yards so it’s very easy to meet people. We do have a Fox in the neighborhood and have had coyotes in the past. There are also bald eagles around as well as hawks. If you have a small dog or cat you won’t want to leave them outside by themselves. There have been a few dogs and cats that have been taken. "
