Make your selection as early as 1 year ahead of time to lock in to your best selection. For 2026 travel this year, week 39 is booked for Unit D51 Marina Views! 9/26/26--10/3/26. It has a large primary suite with adjoining bath ensuite. There are two twin beds in 2nd bedroom which can be pushed together to create a queen. A large new sleeper queen sofabed is in the living room. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you need. One weekly housekeeping service is also included as well as one parking spot. Buyer pays for 2026 maint week which is first year of use. Depending on the week you choose, you usually float in the B and D buildings so you will get waterfront pool/gulf and/or marina views. Maintenance fees 2025: $1,605 approx, Property taxes billed separately. 2025 property taxes were $126.46. *Closing costs with title insurance is about $800 and $100 resort transfer fees are to be paid by the buyer* *Buyer to pay maintenance fees for first year of usage (2026).
