2. Keep clean and dust front and back of your entrance.
3. This property is Vermin free property when you have the key, tenant is responsible if tenant find any vermin while living in apt. period.
4. Tenants is responsible to pay water $30/month to Hanaa Babaa, electricity, gas, waste to the utility companies.
5. Dish or cable box are not allowed to install in exterior please use company that without cable box or dishes.
6. Refrigerator is free to use our refrigerator but if it stop works we are not responsible to repair.
7. Any alteration in the unit will be tenants responsible to return as rented condition.
8. This unit drain is good working condition, but when it blocks from the usage it is tenants responsibility to be thru.
9. Small Pets are allowed, needs to pay pet deposit $500/pet.
10. Street Parking is available except one-side on Monday morning hours, the other side on Tuesday morning hours for street sweep.
11. This unit has a one car garage with roll up doors.
