House has close proximity to 664 interstate as well as the Chesapeake Bay.

The lease term is for a minimum of 12 months. Owner is supplying the range and refrigerator. Any other appliance is supplied by tenant. Tenant is responsible for all of the utility bills. The deposit is $950. The first month's rent is also $950.

You need to make sure to submit an application and a credit report. As well as at least the last 3 pay stubs from your job or disability, etc. You need to have at least a 600 credit score to qualify. You may just use the application thru this program.
