This home is located around the corner of the elementary school and 2 minutes away from Jr. High. You can catch the 202 freeway 8 min. away. You can enjoy downtown Mesa and many historical Museums 5 min. away. Another highlight attraction is the AZ Convention Center just 5 min. away.

-Renter is responsible for all utilities and a late fee of $50.00 will be applied monthly. -Renter is responsible for obtaining Home insurance.

Everything is in the long stretch of road that I live on that I would need from day to day. I love this area simply because it has gotten better and its not perfect but its getting better. All we can do is try and take it one day at a time and one small act of kindness a day to change the future of our community we live in. "
