Description

This amazing home, located in the Rose Park area has recently been upgraded and renovated. This home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and comes with an over sized lot, with great ambiance for entertainment, which includes a pool, hot tub and tiki lounge. Minutes away form retro row (4th street Corridor) and being 7 blocks from the beach, this property has it all. New electrical, copper piping, and tankless water heater were installed in 2014, along with new insulation in the attic in 2019. The exterior of the house was completely repainted in 2021. A 4.5kW, 15-300 Watt Q-cell panels, with Enphase inverter system was installed in 2017, which is not leased but owned. The system is compatible with Enphase's new battery back up to allow for continuous power off the grid. The house has also received upgraded fixtures that allow Siri to help you control most of the indoor and outdoor lights, thermostat, front sprinklers and lock the front door. The office, bar and living room have Hue lights which allow for color and intensity changes. Outdoor hanging lights and the garage are also controlled by Siri with a Meross outdoor switch. Simply ask Siri to turn on the backyard or garage and it is done. If the house is too hot, simply ask Siri to lower the thermostat to the desired temperature. Let's open up escrow...

"Very dog friendly area. But some dog owners don’t pick up their waste. But that’s pretty much every place with a high dog population."
  • Charlie.rodas
"There are a lot of dogs in the area but a few owners are always keeping their dogs off leashes. As a parent with little ones this can be unnerving when overly excited dogs come running towards my kids. Even with much reassurance, I would be much more comfortable with a leash"
  • Martinique B.
"The diversity & peacefulness of our community is one of the main reasons why Rose Park is a wonderful place to call home"
  • Ben S.
