Immediate Neighbors are incredibly nice, friendly but respectful of privacy.
There are lots of beautiful gardens and a meadow in the condo community.

It's often sunny here when it's foggy elsewhere in the county.
Safe and convenient mid-county location
One block to Cabrillo Community College
Great gym, Toadal Fitness, just across street
Park with barbecue pits, tennis, pickle ball, basketball, all right across street
On corner of main intersection are food market, deli, fuel, carwash.
Coffee houses close on Soquel Drive both north and south.
Quick access to hwy. 1

No smoking in condo living spaces and garage.
Your responsibility: PG&E electric/gas, garbage, and Soquel Creek Water District. Patio gardening if desired by you.
My responsibility: HOA dues, street-level landscaping at front and side of condo
Tenants must buy renter's insurance to cover all personal items in case of fire, theft, etc.
Parking pass available for the car of one visitor.

    "I use the Highway which is close to my neighborhood. Outside of that, the county bus system is the only public transit. The commute traffic is bad. Aptos is bikeable around the highway but there are many tight roads and can be hilly. "
