About this House

A real country home on a paved road plus paved parking area to the garage and to the side of home. Totally natural woodlands (approx 4 + acres) Large oaks and other native trees. Poverty Creek runs through part of the property. Exterior recently painted. 5 bedrooms,all have fans with light kits and carpet. At list price there will be a $3000.00 carpet allowance. Large or multiple windows in many rooms provide more light than may homes, Mini or vertical blinds included. Living/dining area with double french door exit to newly installed deck area. Organ and speakers (4) will not convey and will be removed prior to closing. It has carpet and tile flooring, 2 ceiling fans and a large pass through from the kitchen. Please note that all appliances remain. All other areas of home have tiled floors. Master Bedroom also has double french exit to another new deck area which connects to the first deck by a walkway. All interior doors are solid wood (6 paneled). If you have large vehicles/RV, Boat etc., you will be please to find a large pole barn with metal roof and trusses, paved floor and driveway which connects to the road. Size is 45x45 and was large enough in height to store a converted bus with room to spare. Garage is 22.6 x 15 and has 3 windows, an exterior door, pull down stairs and 3 florescent light strips. Work bench will remain. The garage can also be accessed from the storage room which has a "doggy door" and built in ironing board. Buyer(s) should verify all details and sizes deemed important to them as they were gathered from multiple sources. It really is a country home without one clay road between you and town!
