We have 3 Bedrooms, One 15 x 18 downstairs and 2 upstairs. There are 2, 3 seasons porches on either end of the home. The Eastern porch is 14 x 20 and the Western porch is 9 x 20. We have a Family room that is 19 x 30 and a large dining room. The kitchen is next to the Family room. There is an unfinished basement with a large furnace room, a laundry room with stove for canning garden vegetables, and a large storage room with shelves. There is a water softener and April Air system hooked to the furnace. We have a 2 story, 2 car garage with an apartment size space above the garage and electrical. Wood parquet paneling on the walls of the apartment. There is a 10 x 15 shed for storage next to the home and a workshop shed next to the garage that is about 12 x 40. There is also a 10 x 14 storage shed attached to the rear of the garage. The home was built in 1925 with upgraded additions added in 1979 to 1985 and has many perennials such as hibiscus, tulip trees, bushes, asparagus gardens, Hostas and cedar bushes. There is a large garden space in the back of the property and a very large oak tree, maple tree, and massive pine tree. An apple tree is on the back of the property. A long paved driveway leads to the rear of the home. There is a side door and a front door and an entrance door to the Eastern 3 seasons porch. Many flowers are planted throughout the property. There are many opportunities to interact with wildlife and birds as the flowering trees and bushes and bird feeders attract many different varieties. Deer and fox and other creatures pass through the property regularly.
