This is a single family house with an ADU in the backyard. You can see the ADU on the backyard photo. The ADU has its private outdoor space. The main house (listed house) has access the whole backyard but need to respect the other tenants and be mindful of the noise level (no parties on the weekend unless you have the approval of the other tenants). You will also have a 2 car garage, and a newly renovated bathroom.
Washer and dryer hookups and AC/ heater.
No more than 2 cars allowed.
House located near the Walmart of Orange.
Located where the 55 freeway meets the 91, it is close to various grocery stores, the Lutheran church, and Chapman University is at a 5 min drive.

Deposit is $4000 dollars. Income has to be at lease 3 times the rent.
