Hardwood floors throughout, except for tile in all three bathrooms and brick in breakfast and desk/mud and laundry rooms. Large living room for hosting friends and family. Custom blackout blinds and/or curtains in all three bedrooms and custom shades in living room. Master suite features a full wall of windows with custom blackout curtains, a double vanity sink, soaking tub, large shower and tons of closet space.

Fully fenced property with plenty of yard space for children and small pets to play. Hot tub can be made available for your use.

Renter responsible for electricity, gas, water, WiFi and alarm system monitoring (if desired). Owner pays for lawn care and pest control.

No smoking.

Pets allowed on a case by case basis. $500 deposit for the first pet, $250 for each pet after.

$2,500 deposit due at signing.

Some of the owner's belongings will be stored in the garage but is open to renter for storage needs too. There will not be room to park a car in the garage, however the driveway can fit two SUVs easily.

Hot tub is available for renter's use but renter will be responsible for maintenance and repairs, if needed. If renter does not want to access the hot tub, owner will drain and unplug it.
