The only thing you have to worry about is electric, since this apartment complex is all electric! This apartment has carpet and vinyl floors, stove, refrigerator, kitchen dining area, and no dishwasher.

You (or someone you trust) can view any of Lone Star Realty's ?Available Now? properties for yourself by coming into our office at 1020 W. Jasper Drive in Killeen to check out keys to view up to three (3) vacant properties at a time, Monday-Friday from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. or Saturday from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. You must have a valid ID.

Application Process: If you would like to start the rental application process now, fill out the application on our rental website at lonestarrealty.net. Our application fee is $30 for individuals; $40 for married couples. In order to run your application, we need proof of income for the last 30 days. You can email in your pay stubs, social security or retirement statements, and/or an LES. If you are military we need the full LES; not the mid-month. You can get this from your MyPay account online, but be sure to convert it to a PDF file before emailing it to us.
