Gastonia -Large 5BR 3BA modular on a 1 acre corner lot. Includes separate living room, dining area and den. Central heat and air. Gravel driveway. Located off Union Rd with quick access to Gastonia, Lake Wylie SC and Belmont. Close to Forestview High School. Other schools- WA Bess Elementary and Cramerton Middle.

Rental agreement is a monthly lease, with rent payable on the 1st of each month until notice is given by either the tenant or the landlord by serving 30 days notice to the other. Only persons listed on the lease may reside at the home. Rent shall be paid by money order or electronically (CashApp or Zelle). No checks will be accepted.

Note: Security deposit will not be returned if tenant moves before a one year period from move-in date.

Pet fee $500 per pet. No aggressive pet breeds allowed (as determined by our insurance company).

Tenant pays for water and electric. Landlord does not supply refrigerators. Tenant is responsible for maintaining property which includes keeping grass and bushes trimmed. Landlord is not responsible for stopped up or leaky pipes due to renter's negligence. Landlord not responsible for damage to personal affects of tenant. Tenant may want to purchase Renters insurance.

I like that they’re a lot of dog owners in my neighborhood and walking trails although the trails in my area don’t get tended to as much as the local parks and can feel unsafe for dogs and their owners. People are so nice and always waive hands when you walking around the neighborhood. Children are able to play in the street without being afraid of anything. I highly recommend living here to all parents because it is a quiet, friendly and safe place to raise family. "
