    "Easy access to main highways and roadways. Picturesque and peaceful commute to Colleyville and Grapevine areas. "

    "My commute is not long and traffic is not too bad. The main highways do get congested at high travel times but if you work around it you will not have a huge problem. Plan to travel around rush hour if possible. If your able to afford it I would recommend using the ez pass area on the highways, it will save you time. "
