8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is the worst school I been to in my 9 years of school. kids here to drugs and pass out in school bath rooms, fights daily every week, teachers are racist, and teachers would touch me without my consent. The Principal and teachers are bias and don't give teachers their punishments. Don't send your child hereStudent Review5mo ago20 Reviews - Lakeview Middle School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageHello, i am a 7th grade student who goes to lakeview middle school. In my 2 years of going here i have experienced not only unfair treatment from students but also from staff and administration. It's like with every incident that happens, they find someone to blame, regaurdless if they did it, or if they were a bystander. The admin does not treat people fairly and constantly show favorites, and i have heard some admin talking bad about 2 students. Which is completely unprofessional. The teachers rarely care about you and most do not put effort to make sure you understand, or check up on you. Overall i would go anywhere besides lakeview.Student Review1y ago13 Reviews - Check out schools near 6124 Persimmon Ct.

"Downtown Parkville are always having some big thing going on for the holidays. There is a great Farmers Market there every week. We have several great new restaurant’s to try. Fun stuff for the kids too. Carnivals, Halloween parties, Christmas lighting etc."

"Dogs are usually always on leashes. Most of the dogs in the area are friendly, I've had a few issues but nothing major has happened. Great trails near by. Great parks as well, very scenic. "

"Friendly neighbors in most neighborhoods in this area. A very family-friendly town with a very homey feeling. Everyone is welcoming and there are constantly people out walking / doing activities. No better place to live in my opinion. "

"No bus system or means of public transportation inside Parkville city limits but surround KC jurisdiction has bus routes. Low crime and traffic, nice area and schools, and right next to the country"

"Everyone loves the English landing dog park and you see people walking their dogs all over. There are trash receptacles and doggy do do bags, and water bowls in from of the shops for our four legged friends "

"Parkville is such a great place to live! Small town feel but just minutes from anything you need (Zona Rosa/Barry Rd or very easy commute to downtown KC). We have lived here for 12 years and would have stayed forever if my job had not left the state. We are going to miss so much about this place. Walking around historic downtown great shops and restaurants, English Landing park, Farmer's Market, Nature Sanctuary, the train whistles, wonderful festivals year round, how cool is that view of Park University tower, being able to walk right up to the mighty MO and watch it swirl around, driving West on hwy FF and being immediately in the country, getting to work in downtown KC in 10 minutes, the list goes on and on. Such great schools - some of the very best in the entire state. This has been such a good place to raise our son. All of the wonderful trees, colors, birds and other wildlife all over the place make for such a nice peaceful and shady retreat. Parkville - a magical place to live tucked into the hills of the Missouri river valley - you will be missed!"
