There is a community pool and a beautiful park that is kept in pristine condition. There are a lot of Walkers read both morning noon and night and many of them are walking their dogs. The lots are large, mostly 1/2 acres so there is privacy, and the area provides a quiet rural estate feel in town which is hard to find today with smaller and smaller lots.
